    EveryoneOn is an online platform of resources for affordable internet and devices, searchable by zip code. EveryoneOn partners with internet service providers and device refurbishers that provide low-cost offers to individuals and families who qualify.

  3. F.I.S.H. (Friends in Service Helping)

    F.I.S.H. is a free, all volunteer service that provides no-cost transportation to medical appointments for Marlborough residents whose family or friends cannot assist. This is a program of the Marlborough Council on Aging/Senior Center

  7. Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)

    Marlborough Community Cupboard has served the community residents since 1992 and in 2011 became a direct service program of the United Way of Tri-County.   12. Massachusetts Good Neighbor Energy Fund

    For any Massachusetts resident who, because of temporary financial difficulty, cannot meet a month's energy expense and is not eligible for state or federal energy assistance. Income must fall between 60 and 80 percent of the state's median income levels
