Inspectional Services

Mission Statement

The Office of Inspectional Services provides assistance to residents, contractors and developers wishing to do construction in the City of Marlborough. The Office also serves to enforce regulations of the City's Zoning Ordinance, Sign ordinance, Fence ordinance, and Massachusetts State Building Code.

Permit Applicants

Online Permitting Portal QR CodePlease use the OpenGov online portal to apply for permits. You can also open the portal by scanning the QR code.

Please be advised that only licensed electricians and plumbing contractors can apply for respective Electrical and Plumbing/Gas Permits.
