MAYOR J. CHRISTIAN DUMAIS ANNOUNCES PATRIOT AMBULANCE JOINING PRIDESTAR TRINITY EMS

MARLBOROUGH, MA – Mayor J. Christian Dumais is pleased to announce that Pridestar Trinity EMS has acquired Patriot Ambulance. This collaboration marks a new chapter in regional healthcare support, bringing together two trusted providers to deliver even greater efficiency, expanded resources, and continued high-quality care to residents.

Pridestar Trinity EMS, a leading provider of emergency and non-emergency medical transportation across Massachusetts, with a strong base in Northeast Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire, has signed an agreement to acquire Patriot Ambulance, Inc., the cornerstone EMS provider with a long-standing presence and support in our community founded in 1977 by Maurice “Moe” Ryan and Dave Walton.

This acquisition is a significant step in Pridestar Trinity’s strategic growth initiative, reinforcing its presence throughout Middlesex County, the 495 corridor, and the upper Merrimack Valley. Patriot Ambulance, with corporate offices in Chelmsford, is the primary 911 provider for the City of Marlborough and Hudson, MA, and plays a key role in serving UMass Memorial Marlborough Hospital and the surrounding communities.

“By joining forces with Patriot Ambulance, we’re leveraging the strengths of two organizations deeply rooted in community care and dedicated to exceptional service,” said David T. Daly, President and CEO of Pridestar Trinity EMS. “Together, we will be even better positioned to meet the needs of our municipal partners, hospitals, and—most importantly—the patients we serve.”

Patriot’s nearly 50-year legacy of integrity, compassion, and operational excellence aligns closely with Pridestar Trinity’s values and mission.

“It was incredibly important to us that any transition be with an organization that shares our core values—and Pridestar Trinity does exactly that,” said Dave Walton, CEO and co-founder of Patriot Ambulance. “We know our team is joining a company that respects its people and puts service at the heart of everything it does.”

Leadership teams are working closely to ensure a seamless integration with no disruption to services and a continued commitment to supporting employees, partners, and the communities they serve.
