Overview
This project is seeking a special permit to construct a mixed-use development (multi-family and commercial) in the Executive Residential Overlay District at the corner of Simarano Drive and Cedar Hill Street. Post Road Realty is approaching full occupancy with Phase 1 (The Burrow) and Phase 2 (The Lodge) is well under construction in the Green District community. Post Road is excited to bring forward plans for Phases 3 and 4 of this premier development. The proposed mixed-use project consists of 4,800 square feet of commercial space, and 475 residential units including on-site parking of 754 spaces, walking trails, resident amenities, and landscaped areas.
