Beginning June 13, 2022, All Permits need to be filed online. File permits online through Viewpoint Cloud.
The Commission meets twice a month on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month. All applications for a Wetlands Permit must be submitted to the Commission two weeks before the hearing so that a legal notice can be placed in the newspaper, to advertise this public hearing. Find permit application forms online at the DEP website.
- For Simple Projects, involving installation of sheds, removal of a few trees or minor landscaping within 100 feet of a wetland, use: WPA Form 1: Request for Determination of Applicability (PDF).
- For Small Projects, such as single-family house construction, major landscaping, or wall installation, use: WPA Form 4: Abbreviated Notice of Intent (PDF).
- For Major Projects, please use WPA Form 3: Notice of Intent (PDF). See the WPA Form 3 Instructions (PDF). Please call for our Local Abutters Notice Form and an Abutters List, which we will provide. If you are required to file a Stormwater Report, you must also submit the Stormwater Report Checklist.
- For Wetland Delineation, use WPA Form 4A: Abbreviated Notice of Resource Area Delineation.
- After Project Completion, use WPA Form 8A: Request for a Certificate of Compliance (PDF).
- For Extension Permit, use WPA Form 7: Extension Permit.
