The MCDA is overseen by a Board of Directors that includes seven members, the Mayor (Chair of the MCDA Board), City Comptroller, and City Auditor. A motion is a request or proposal for the MCDA to take action on an issue.
Board Motions are organized by Fiscal Year, which runs from July 1st to June 30th (for example: FY18 is July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018).
