The MCDA’s Mission is to improve the community by developing, sustaining, and monitoring decent, safe and affordable housing that provides self-sufficiency and stability for its residents and participants while partnering with local police and other community stakeholders.  We aim to deliver resources and programs to low-to-moderate income individuals that improve their homes, community, and improve the lives of their children.
